Amplified Update

Is it already mid-February?!  Let me dust off the keyboard... we wanted to thank everyone for making the sets at Amplified Art a very special evening.  There was a lot of planning and effort put into the event to make it as good as possible on a shoe string budget and your support and responses have humbled us.

This has been an ambitious project for us and we are busy mixing the tracks in hopes of releasing an album and DVD later this year.  We are targeting June 2013 and plan to post more details, sneak peaks, and extras as we get closer to the release date.  In the meantime here's a photo from the event taken by Daniel Scheirer:

The Daily Reflector

Big thanks to Rebekah Todd for the blurb in Greenville, NC's Daily Reflector last week!
Check out the blurb here:

What's she spinning ...
DJ Beks (Rebekah Todd, 23) from WZMB 91.3 shares the red-hot sounds she recommends to music-lovers.

1. “Outlaws” by Jack the Radio. Carolina-Dirty-Blues — that's the best way I can describe them. Straight out of Raleigh, this band is on the rise. Keep your eyes peeled for upcoming shows in Greenville. You can check out their song “Outlaws” and their other music atjacktheradio.com.
